Because your needs change over time, we offer flexible maintenance programs.  Today you may enjoy maintaining your landscaping, however at some point, you may want to use that time to do other things.  Regardless of whether you enjoy landscaping your home, there are still certain chores that may not make sense for you to do.  For example, cleaning leaves from your home's gutters is an important part of exterior home maintenance, but it can be a dangerous and time consuming project.

KPPS maintenance programs include both the exterior and interior of your home.  Sometimes important things such as changing your smoke detector batteries go unfinished.  Again, changing smoke detector batteries may require the use of a ladder -- an unnecessary risk for you.  This is something that we can easily include in a comprehensive maintenance plan.

Even if you choose to maintain your own home, we can provide help on an as needed basis for special projects such as painting a room or fixing a dripping faucet.  With KPPS, help is only a phone call away.
